The Ventus-15sp is a very powerful, compact and easily transportable single 15" self-powered subwoofer. The latest generation of power amplifier and DSP electronics used has the highest sound quality and high performance.
The 15-inch long-throw chassis has a heavy-duty 4" voice coil. A low moving mass ensures extremely accurate yet deep, dry bass reproduction. The large reflex port and high mechanical deflection give the bass excellent dynamics and effectiveness. The Ventus-15 delivers a performance you would not expect from a subwoofer of this compact size.
A 3-channel Class-D amplifier module with a total output of 4600W from Powersoft, made in Italy, and a DSP controller, made in Germany, are integrated into the Ventus-12sp. The multi-channel amplifier delivers 1 x 2600W (270V / 50A peak) and 2 x 1000W (135V / 50A peak) at 4Ω. A self-powered subwoofer can power a second slave subwoofer and satellite speakers in stereo. The power output of the two stereo channels is 750W / 8Ω, 1000W / 4Ω, 750W / 2Ω each. The strength of 2Ω allows many satellite speakers to be used in parallel on the amplifier channels.
With the Ventus self-powered subwoofers, a powerful, fast and easy-to-mount plug-and-play PA can be implemented.
Integrated DSP
The latest-generation integrated DSP has 80 preset memory locations managed by software. 5 presets can be selected manually with a button. The operating software gives the experienced user full access to all setting options. Two Ethernet connections allow loop-through wiring of larger external networks and save time with cabling.
Transport
For easy transport, a removable roller board can be attached to the front. A protective cover protects the surface and ensures intrinsic value.
The two large handles can be touched from all sides, are located in the centre of gravity and make moving easy and comfortable.
Rubber feet and stacking trays guarantee a safe stand without slipping. An M20 flange for spacer bars is integrated.

The TENNAX Ventus-15sp is a sub with perfect value for money. This sub is the middle one in the active Ventus series. Combined with one of the TENNAX top speakers, the Ventus forms a nice set for any room.
