Steels come in many shapes and sizes. The 2 tonne shafts are fitted as standard with 3″ profile sleeves for a 3.25 T closure. These shafts are also fitted with conical crimping clamps which lock the sharp cable ends in the clamp. The coloured stockings are used as length marking. The reinforced hose protects both the steel cable and the object around which the handle is attached.

As a cheaper alternative, we sell a budget type in the range. These stems are fitted with ordinary Talurit clamps and no conical variant. In this version, the sleeves are not coloured but standard galvanised.

The 2 tonne handle can be used up to a 3.25 tonne shackle
