Webshop software

MyWebstore

Our webshop is developed with software from MyOnlineStore. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services are shared with this party. MyOnlineStore has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. MyOnlineStore is obliged under the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. MyOnlineStore uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Web hosting

MijnDomein We purchase web hosting and email services from MijnDomein. MijnDomein processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. MijnDomein has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. MijnDomein is bound to secrecy under the contract.

E-mail and mailing lists

Reloadify

Our website uses Reloadify, a third-party provider that handles e-mail traffic originating from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Reloadify's servers. Reloadify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this you will no longer receive email from our website. This may seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is stored securely by Reloadify. Reloadify uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Office365

We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie For handling (part of) the payments in our web shop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence data and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, as part of this, share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur We collect reviews through WebwinkelKeur's platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to comment on your review. In case we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. They only use this data for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. Shipping and logistics

PostNL

If you place an order with us, it is our job to get your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out deliveries. Where PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your details available to these parties.

DHL

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out deliveries. Invoicing and accounting

Brincr: We use the services of Brincr to keep our records and accounts. We share your name, address and residence details and details relating to your order. We keep your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
