The SW-UPG is a convenient tool for upgrading firmware. The software upgrade is done using a cable with the XLR connector at one end and the USB connector at the other. The DMX connector plugs into the device and is therefore available in 3-, 5- and 7-pin versions to fit any device. The USB connector is connected to the computer and the upgrade is done via free downloadable software.
