Voice-Acoustic LA-Stick 12x4
The Voice-Acoustic LA-Stick is a design line array stick with the highest demands on sound quality, aesthetics and functionality. The elegantly rounded enclosure walls and curved front grille with fine mini-honeycomb perforation look elegant and can also be integrated into optically demanding environments.
The wideband chassis has a very narrow basket edge, minimising the packing density and spacing. This enables excellent chassis coupling and a line array effect, with vertical directivity, long range and homogeneous sound distribution across the entire audience area. The vertically narrow radiation minimises distracting diffuse noise from floor and ceiling reflections and increases the direct sound component for the listener, enabling a significantly better listening experience even in acoustically difficult rooms.
The membrane of the lightweight 4" neodymium chassis is made of waterproof high-tech fibres and has a high degree of rigidity and a very low moving mass. This ensures fine resolution and nuanced, natural music reproduction all the way to the highest frequencies.
Speech intelligibility and gain before feedback are very high. Even inexperienced speakers can stand with the microphone very close to the speaker without any feedback.
Unlike many other column speakers, the LA-Stick's enclosure is made of sturdy birch plywood and therefore has very low resonance. The surface is protected with a scratch- and weather-resistant polyurea coating, making the speaker suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. RAL special colours are optionally available.
The enclosure design, with an 8° trapezoidal cap and base, and the innovative hardware allow all LA sticks to be linked together and the vertical direction between the loudspeaker rows to be continuously adjusted. All connection and angle mechanisms are on the back of the speaker and cannot be seen from the front. This makes the Voice-Acoustic LA-Stick series one of the most flexible and elegant column-sized loudspeakers on the market and is ideal for a wide range of applications.
